Shoulder instability is a symptomatic abnormal motion of the glenohumeral joint. G.H joint formed by articulation between scapula and humerus. The humeral head lies with in glenoid fossa and cavity lined by the glenoid labrum. The rotator cuff muscle surrounds the G.H capsule and create balanced force capsule that play central role and provide dynamic stabilization of the humeral head during ROM. More than 90% of shoulder dislocations are in the anterior direction, particularly because the position of combined external rotation and abduction, common in many contact sports. Recurrent dislocations may sometimes show pain at extreme of medial rotation when the humeral head is “tightened” against the anterior glenoid.
