Muhammad Umar Farooq Qaisar is an Associate Professor at Northwestern Polytechnical University, holding a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Technology from the University of Science and Technology of China (2022). With a postdoctoral fellowship at the Southern University of Science and Technology, his research focuses on IoT, WSN, SDN, VANETs, ISAC, UAVs, and communication security.
Weijie Yuan is an Assistant Professor at the Southern University of Science and Technology. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Technology Sydney (2019) and has been a Stanford Top 2% Scientist since 2021. He serves as an Associate Editor for multiple IEEE journals and leads the IEEE ComSoc OTFS Special Interest Group. Paolo Bellavista is a Full Professor at the University of Bologna, where he earned his Ph.D. in computer science engineering in 2001.
