Dr. Mikhail Pogosyan. He is a member of the Presidium of the Council for Science and Education under the President of the Russian Federation, head of the Commission for the Development of Education and Science of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, and also heads the Council for the priority direction of scientific and technological development of the Russian Federation "Connectedness of the territory of the Russian Federation through the creation of intelligent transport and systems, as well as occupying and maintaining leadership positions in the creation of international transport and logistics systems, the development and use of aerospace and airspace, the World Ocean, the Arctic and Antarctic ", is a member of the Government Commission on Transport.
