Dr. Mir Waqas Alam is a distinguished scientist and associate professor renowned for his expertise in Nano and Functional Material Science. He currently serves in the Department of Physics at the College of Science, King Faisal University, Saudi Arabia, where he was appointed as an assistant professor in September 2015. Recognizing his exceptional contributions and dedication, he was subsequently promoted to the rank of associate professor in October 2022. Dr. Alam's academic journey has been marked by a relentless pursuit of knowledge and innovation. He earned his Ph.D. in Nano and Functional Material Science from Toyama University, Japan, where he delved deep into the intricacies of his field.
