Rodolfo C. Severino is Head of the ASEAN Studies Center, Institute of Southeast Asian Studies (ISEAS).

Omkar Lal Shrestha was a Visiting Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of Southeast Asian Studies (ISEAS), Singapore, and an officer at the Asian Development Bank.
