About this title

About the Authors

Subhash C. Rastogi has both bachelor's and master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering, and a PhD (Fellowship) degree in Industrial Engineering. In a career spanning 34 years, he has worked with industrial and academic institutions, including multinational IT companies, focusing on research, consulting, and executive training and post-graduate teaching.

Dinesh Seth has a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management and a doctorate degree in Japanese Quality and Productivity Management Practices. He is actively involved in postgraduate teaching, applied research, and has 21 years experience in conducting management consulting and training in corporate houses.
