Huang Chengwei is currently director of the China Poverty Alleviation and Ddevelopment Ccenter of the State Council Leading Group Office of Poverty Alleviation and DevelopmentPoverty Alleviation Office of the State Council, co-director of the Poverty Alleviation Research Center of Peking University, and a professor engaged inProfessor, professor. L long-term research and management in the field of poverty reduction and development. In recent years, he has presided over or participated in dozens of major projects of the National State Social Science Fund and research projects entrusted by the state ministries and commissions. He has also been involved To participate in the major national anti-poverty research and policy formulation since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the top-level design of the national precision anti-poverty strategy, and the drafting of relevant important documents.

Liu Jie is an associate professor at the School Department ofSociology, central Central China Normal University, a tutor to master students, and a research fellow at the Hubei Social Development and Social Policy Research Center.
