Sohaib R Rufai is an NIHR Doctoral Fellow and Specialist Registrar in Ophthalmology with an exceptionally strong track record. He has 30 peer-reviewed publications and 20 academic prizes. He is a passionate educator and has been specially trained in teaching, communication, public speaking, writing, leadership and management, exam question writing, interview techniques, interview assessment and more.
