Anthony Gar-on Yeh is Chair Professor of the Centre of Urban Planning and Environmental Management, Dean of the Graduate School, Director of the Geographical/Land Information System Research Centre and the Institute of Transport Studies at the University of Hong Kong. Victor Fung-shuen Sit is Professor in the Department of Geography at the University of Hong Kong. Guanghan Chen is Professor of Economics and Director of the Centre for Studies of Hong Kong, Macau and Pearl River Delta at Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou.
