About the Author

Dr. Shiva Kanaujia Sukula is Deputy Librarian at Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Central Library, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Dr. Sukula has published several books, and technical papers in renowned national and international journals and conferences. Dr. Sukula is currently contributing through web-based information resources and services by extending the Digital Library development and services. Dr. P K Jain has more than 35 years of experience in the field of Library and Information Science (LIS). He holds Ph.D, M.Phil & MLIS Degree in LIS and Master Degree in Economics and Sociology. Presently he is working as Librarian at Institute of Economic Growth (IEG), Delhi since 1987.
