Shabir Ahmad is working as Librarian in the Department of Education, Government of Jammu & Kashmir. He did his Ph.D. in Library & Information Science form Mangalore University- Mangalore, M.Phil. in Library & Information Science from Vikram University- Ujjain, JK-SET in Library & Information Science in 2018, M.Ed. from Barkatullah University- Bhopal, MLISc. from Kashmir University- Srinagar and B.Ed. from Kashmir University- Srinagar. Besides three books to his credit, he has forty-two published articles at national and international level. Bilal Ahmad Dar is working as Librarian in the Department of Education, Government of Jammu & Kashmir. He did his M.Phil. in Library & Information Science from Vikram University- Ujjain, UGC-NET in Library & Information Science in 2012, JK-SET in Library & Information Science in 2010 and MLISc. from Kashmir University- Srinagar. Besides two books to his credit, he has twenty-three published articles at national and international level.
