About The Book
This book challenges the conventional “checkbox” approach to patch management and introduces a dynamic, risk-driven framework for securing critical infrastructure. Drawing on nearly two decades of real-world experience across healthcare, government, and industrial systems, it presents a practical model that balances speed, resilience, and compliance. At its core is the Zero-Day Governance 4-Tier Patch Framework, designed to respond to threats based on urgency rather than rigid timelines. Insightful and actionable, this book equips leaders to make smarter security decisions without compromising operations.
