About the Author

Deepmala is a Civil Engineer, designer, and entrepreneur who has spent thirty-seven years navigating the complexities of life with cystic fibrosis. After a successful career defined by grit and ambition, she chose a deliberate retirement to focus on the preservation of her own health and light. Based in Bangalore, but originally from Odisha-she now dedicates her time to her family, writing, painting and her loyal dog.
