About the Author

"Dr. Pratiksha Prashant is a health coach and mentor specialising in the wellness of middle-aged women. Her journey in health and wellness began over 25 years ago as a dental surgeon. However, personal and family health struggles motivated her to explore the field of holistic health. This fascination inspired her to complete double majors in health science and nutrition.A significant turning point in her life occurred in her late thirties when she experienced her own health transition and witnessed the struggles of others. As a result, she decided to focus exclusively on coaching women in health and wellness, becoming an internationally certified health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in New York and acquiring multiple diplomas from prestigious universities.Now, Dr. Pratiksha offers courses and personal consultations to empower women on their health and wellness journeys. Her husband, Prashant Chandrasekharan, serves in the defense forces, which has inspired her to embrace her wanderlust. Meanwhile, her teenage son, Shreyas, keeps her grounded and connected to her roots."
