He had been Division Commander for 29 years with the rank of Lt. Cdr (Naval Wing) with many glorious awards. He is a resource person and visiting faculty in number of institutions and business schools. He is the director of Talent Academy an institute for workshop for defense aspirants with high rating and selection in India for Army Navy and Air Force.
