Synopsis

Rapid globalization and emerging technologies are significantly impacting Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), particularly in the manufacturing sector. The developed Lean Practice Model aims to strengthen MSMEs' contribution to India's GDP by enhancing efficiency, reducing waste, lowering costs, and improving quality and customer satisfaction.
