About the Authors

Prof. (Dr). T.V. Subba Rao is a Professor-Emeritus, and Chairperson, Vivekananda School of Law and Legal Studies, Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies - TC (VIPS-TC), affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) Delhi. He started his career as a teacher of Law in 1978 (Professor of Law since 1992). Prof. Rao made marked contributions in rationalising and strengthening the administrative reforms and systems in the universities. He held many academic, administrative and supervisory roles in the University system, few amongst them are- Acted as a Director, Research and Development Council; Chairperson, National Law School of India University, Bangalore; OSD for CLAT Consortium of Universities 2019. He graced many positions at Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam, Tirupati (Andhra Pradesh, India). Prof. Rao has been five times nominated as the Convenor of LAWCET by the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh. He has been conferred with the State Award for Teachers by the Government of Andhra Pradesh (1999-2000).

Prof. (Dr). Rashmi Salpekar is a Professor of International Law and Dean Vivekananda School of Law and Legal studies, VIPS-TC, affiliated to GGSIP University, Delhi. She has done teaching and research extensively in Public International Law, International Criminal Law, International Humanitarian Law, International Trade & Commercial Law, and Human Rights. She has carried out funded empirical research projects- The Rights of Farmers and Land Acquisition-minor project funded by the Indian Council of Social Science Research, as a Principal Director and An Empirical Study on Ashram Schools (Boys & Girls Residential) with special reference to Tribal Areas- a major project as a Principal Investigator sponsored by NHRC. She has been invited as a speaker in national conferences, seminars and international conferences including International Conferences held at The Hague, Perth and Hongkong. She has many publications to her credit. She is invited as a resource person across the country mainly to speak on international law & its various branches and Legal Research Methodology.

Dr. Navjeet Sidhu Kundal is an Associate Professor at Vivekananda School of Law & Legal Studies, Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, affiliated to GGSIP University, Delhi. She is a Ph.D. in Commercial Law from Panjab University, Chandigarh. Her areas of interest include Corporate Law, Public International Law and Human Rights. She writes extensively on issues related to Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility, Business and Human Rights and Women in business. She has completed sponsored research project by NHRC as a co-investigator. She is a CSR professional with around 5 years of rich CSR work. She has many Research publications & Book Chapters to her credit. She has participated in more than a dozen International and National Seminars/Conferences.Mr Aaditya Vikram SharmaAaditya Vikram Sharma is an Assistant Professor (Senior Grade) at the Vivekananda School of Law and Legal Studies, VIPS-TC, affiliated to GGSIP University, Delhi, and a Ph.D. scholar at WB National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata. His research focuses on Third World Approaches to International Law, particularly in International Space Law. He holds an LL.M. (Distinction) from South Asian University. Aaditya has published extensively in international law, space law, and human rights, with papers presented at the Asian Society of International Law and the International Astronautical Congress. His work explores space tourism, environmental sustainability, and multilateral cooperation.
