Synopsis

This book aims to contribute to the global observance of the 75th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), 1948. It considers nature and development of international human rights law. About the Author

Borhan Uddin Khan, Ph.D., School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London, is currently a Professor in the Department of Law, University of Dhaka and also an advisor and adjunct Professor in the Department of Law, Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB). His recently coedited book publication is: Human Rights and International Criminal Law (Brill/Nijhoff, 2022).

Md Jahid Hossain Bhuiyan, Ph.D., The University of Queensland, Australia, is currently an Associate Professor at the Department of Law, Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB). He is the co-editor of Human Rights and International Criminal Law (Brill/Nijhoff, 2022).
