About the Author

Wei Zhang, International Law Ph.D.(2008), is Professor and Co-Director of Institute for Human Rights at China University of Political Science and Law. He has published monographs, translations and many articles on human rights. Xigen Wang, Ph.D. (1965), is distinguished Professor of human rights and development at Wuhan University of China. He has published about 200 papers and 20 books, participated in the work of drafting the UN criteria on the right to development.
