Víctor Manuel Figueroa Sepúlveda, Ph.D. (1980), North East London Polytechnic-University of Sussex, is senior professor and researcher in Political Science at the Autonomous University of Zacatecas, Mexico. His published works include Reinterpretando el subdesarrollo (Siglo XXI, 1986) and Industrial Colonialism in Latin America: The Third Stage (Brill, 2013).
