Self-professed designer Marti Guixé offers countless whimsical examples: squaring potatoes, building molecular structures with olives and toothpicks and decorating cakes with graphic representations of their contents. "Food Designing" documents Marti Guixé's food- related projects since 1995 to the present. It is divided into three parts: the first with pictures of conventional food taken by Inga Knolke and Marti Guixé since 1993; a second with text; and a final part with documentation of the project.
