Un progetto nato grazie a Mario Preve che non si stancò mai di visitare tutti i ristoranti alla ricerca delle ricette che valorizzavano il suo riso. Quello che inizialmente era solo un ricettario con 18 proposte, ora è una guida con oltre 140 risotti provenienti dai migliori chef del mondo.
This project stems from culinary passion and true determination in seeking the world's most delicious rice, the Gran Riserva, where only one in three grains is selected. Mario Preve embarked tirelessly on this voyage across a selection of restaurants that featured his rice in outstanding recipes. What started as a 18-recipe cookbook has become a guide with over 140 risotto recipes from the world's most celebrated chefs.
