Synopsis

Illustrated Fonts is a compilation of some of today?s finest illustrated typographies, drawn by hand or composed digitally by world-renowned and emerging designers. A far cry from the standard typographies used in the past, these exciting and bold typography designs have the ability of attracting our attention in a world overloaded by garish ? and often aesthetically unappealing ? visual stimulants. Full-color images accompanied by explanatory texts offer readers the chance to explore a highly diverse range of styles that have been applied to a wide variety of uses. Whether it?s a poster for a party or an international marketing campaign, professional and amateur designers alike will be able to use this book as an indispensable tool for creating original and eye-catching fonts.
