Synopsis
Based on the real-life voyage of Rui González de Clavijo to Samarkand in the 15th century, this pulsating adventure story has a fantastical twist and follows Rui on his journey to the kingdom of the emperor Tamerlane, accompanied by a translator, a soldier, and an alchemist.
