Synopsis
Who really was Ursula Cohen, that cold-eyed woman? And above all, why did everyone want her dead? There are many things that Ettore Benussi, commissioner of the Trieste brigade about to retire, cannot bear: the kids who do not drop their cell phones, the buildings of the 60s that deteriorate the Triestine urbanism, his daughter's boyfriend and even , her prominent belly (in fact, she just started a severe diet). He also does not tolerate complicated cases and, even less, those two idealistic young inspectors who work with him: Valerio Gargiulo, and Electra Morin. For this reason, Benussi prefers to retire and write, between sips of grappa, the story of a curator who resembles Montalbano. But the death of old Ursula Cohen interferes with his tranquility. About the Author
Roberta de Falco is the pseudonym of Roberta Mazzoni, a white-haired lady who after many years dedicated to writing, especially as a screenwriter, has decided to launch herself into narrative and make herself known. Nobody is Innocent is her first novel, and is already working on the second case of Commissioner Benussi.
