About the Author

Niels Roman, born in 1993, is the author of the “Drawing Step by Step” series and a graduate of Émile Cohl Art School in Lyon (France). He offers practical drawing guides and teaches drawing remotely, with over 3,000 hours of instruction to 200 students worldwide. In addition to writing and teaching, Niels works as a scriptwriter and storyboarder for the manga Kami No Inku, set for a 2024 release. He also creates drawing and manga content online under the pseudonym Spiderniels.
