Synopsis
Written during composition studies with Elsner, realising the classic norms, the stile brillant technique and the principle of combining virtuosic texture with folk themes typical of the era. Themes, with the exception of folk themes, are richly ornamented, figurative links operate in a bravura manner with scales and arpeggiated passages.
These works were edited by by I. J. Paderewski, L. Bronarski and J. Turczy ski.
