PLEASE NOTE: a manufacturing error affecting the order of pages (vol.1: pages 479-494 come after pp.495-510 -- all pages are present in this volume; vol.2: pp. 1623-38 printed twice & missing pages 16 39-1654 and 2089-2100 -- each volume has been thoroughly inspected page by page). A complete set of 2 volumes. Interiors are gently age-toned, clean, with few marks from reading, unmarked text; free of any foxing/spotting/staining. A stamp & inventory number & signature on the front board and title page of each volume. Limited sparse internal creasing. Vol.1 shows a small crack in lower inner corner of front pastedown, binding of both volumes is good: secure and stable throughout. Faint gentle external dusty marks to outer page edges and board edges.
