Synopsis

Investigations of fraud and corruption encounter challenges ranging from their complexity and regulatory framework to availability of requisite expertise and management. Dr. Carsten Stahn is Professor of International Criminal Law and Global Justice at Leiden University and Queen's University Belfast.

Dr. Darren Frey is Lecturer in Behavioral Economics and Cognitive Sciences (Sciences Po). Mr. Antonio Angotti is a Fellow of the Centre for International Law Research and Policy (CILRAP) and an attorney at the Bar Association of Florence.
