9788187392231: Leadership in Nepal: A Pilot Study

Synopsis

Leadership as the most important element of overall development of the country has been accepted universally. The study shows the fuzzy picture of leadership roles because of the failure of politicians to free themselves from the pervasive ascriptive influence of the past. It is indeed study as no leadership studies have appeared as yet in democratic Nepal.
