About the Author

M.P. Singh has been educated at BHU, Varanasi and IARI, New Delhi. Before joining Anand Agricultural University in 2004, he worked with IRMA, INREM Foundation and IWMI, Sri Lanka. He is specialised in macro-economics, agricultural development and policy, technology impact assessment. He has more than 80 publications to his credit.
