About the Author

Dr.T.Raju, Head of the Department of Management Studies and Research, Coimbatore Institute of Engineering and Technology, has and MA in Personnel Management, MSc in Psychology, MBA in Human Resource Management, MSc (Agri.) in Soil Science and PhD in Soil Science (Nutritional Management). He was previously Regional Director of Research, Department of Coffee Board, Govt.of India. He also worked as a Professor of Management at SNR Sons College, Coimbatore, for 10 years. He has been teaching “Research Methodology in Business Management “ for the past 12 years and has been conducting seminars/workshops/conferences on Research Methodology in various B-schools. He has authored a book, Coffee Hand Book. Dr.R.Prabhu, Assistant Professor, Department of Business Administration, Government College of Arts for Men, Krishnagiri, has an MBA with a first class, a PG Diploma in Public Relations and a PhD in Management and is university first rank holder in his graduate course. Previously he was Professor and Head, Department of Management Sciences, SNR Sons College (Autonomous), Coimbatore. He has more than 16 years of experience in teaching subjects related to General Management, Marketing and Human Resource Management. He conducts regular training programs on Organizational behavior, Human Resources and Motivational aspects for students and is also involved in developing and conducting training programmes for corporate employees.
