About the Author
Timm J. Esque is founder and partner of Ensemble Management Consulting. He held a variety of positions at Intel Corporation before founding EMC in 1998. His work has been featured in Product Development Best Practices Report and Training Magazine. He has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal as an expert on performance under pressure. Esque has published numerous articles and book chapters and this is his third book. He has consulted or presented in over a dozen countries.
