I've owned this book for over five years and have tried several dozen of the recipes. Every one has been a hit so far: the resultant dishes rival anything you could find in a thali (indian serving dish) ordered at the best of indian restaurants. I picked up this book in a local store (I basically liked the planner style layout of the book). Overall I think the recipes are good (authentic), all ingredients are authentically Indian and all recipes have accompanying images. --By Sim -

This is a great reference for the beginner as well as a seasoned cook. The planner style makes it really easy for me to plan a whole meal. The recipes are detailed and authentic. The images with the recipe is a plus. I love it. --By Nandita Khanna
