Rizwan Zeb is a Research Fellow at the Institute of Regional Studies, Islamabad and a Visiting Faculty at the Department of Defence and Strategic Studies at the Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad.

Suba Chandran is Assistant Director at the Institute of Peace and Conflict Studies, New Delhi. Currently he is engaged in two research studiesIndia's Security Problematique at the IPCS, New Delhi and Building Trust and Reducing Risks: Nuclear Confidence Building in South Asia at the SASSU.
