About the Author
Dr. Barbra Teater, PhD, MSW (Licensed Master Social Worker – LMSW), is a social work scholar and educator based at the City University of New York (CUNY). She serves as an Associate Professor, Director of the MSW program at the College of Staten Island, and Executive Officer of the PhD Program in Social Welfare at The Graduate Center. She also coordinates the Disability Studies minor program
