About the Author

Maire Messenger Davies is Professor of Media Studies and Director of the Centre for Media Research at the University of Ulster at Coleraine. Nick Mosdell is a lecturer in research methods to postgraduate students at the Cardiff School of Journalism, Media, and Cultural Studies, Cardiff University. The two are coauthors of Consenting Children? The Use of Children in Non-Fiction Television Programmes.
