Synopsis
From a small boy growing up in Rameswaram, to becoming the country's eleventh President, A.P.J. Abdul Kalam's life has been a tale of extraordinary determination, courage, perseverance and the desire to excel. About the Author
About the Author:Pakir Jainulabdeen Abdul Kalam was born on 15th October 1931, at Rameswaram, which is in Tamil Nadu. He majored in Aeronautical Engineering from Madras Institute of Technology and is one of the most renowned scientists in the country. He has received many awards, including the Padma Bhushan (1981), the Padma Vibhushan (1990) and the Bharat Ratna (1997).
