About the Author
M. N. Rao, Director and Professor of Research & Development Centre, CSE Department, SCET Engineering College, has more than two decades of teaching experience. He obtained his M.Tech in Computer Science from J.N.T.U.K and Ph.D. in Computer Science from S.V. University, Tirupathi. He is a member of IEEE and ISTE. He served as Head of Information Technology in Sree Vidyanikethan Engineering College, Tirupathi, India. He also served as the Dean and Head of Computer Science and Engineering Department, Narayana Engineering College, Nellore and the Director for P.G. Courses in G.I.E.T Engineering College, Rajahmundry, India.
He has published several research papers in journals of international repute and is currently engaged in research in the areas of Big Data, Free Open Source Software, Data Mining and Biometrics.
