Separate chapters are devoted to linear programming, dynamic programming and quadratic programming which greatly help in the decision-making process.

G. SRINIVASAN, Ph.D. (IIT Madras), is Professor, Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology Madras, Chennai. A member of Society of Operations Management, India, Dr. Srinivasan has contributed several research papers in international journals and conferences. His areas of research are operations research, production and operations management and supply chain management.
