Synopsis
伊万·杰尼索维奇·舒霍夫原是集体农庄庄员，德苏战争中上前线作战，不幸被德军俘虏，但趁机逃回部队，却又遭逮捕审查，在苏联反间谍机关的严刑逼供下，为了活命的他被迫承认自己是德国间谍，以叛国罪被判刑十年，送入特别劳改营。
