Synopsis
This is a picture book depicting the cozy daily life of a mom and her child. Before the birth of the child, the mother made many preparations, full of expectations, and waited quietly. After the child is born, the mother starts to run and run and run, from day to night, without stopping for a single day: when the child cries in the middle of the night, when the child stumbles when he/she is walking, the mother will be the first one to rush over to him/her. When the child is sick, the mother will run to the hospital with the child. Every morning, she runs to the school bus with her child. When the teacher calls to say the child has bumped into something, when the mom is late from work, she runs towards the child... This book's sincere and heart-warming text, accompanied by childlike and cheerful illustrations, tells about the daily trivialities of a mom's growth with her child, celebrates motherly love and affection, and brings warmth and strength to both mom and child.
