Synopsis
This book is about how human and lion can coexist harmoniously. In Part of the Pride, the author tells the story of his life and work, and how he grows from a little boy who likes animals to a man who likes to stay in the wilderness and be symbiotic with animals. As an animal behaviorist, Kevin Richardson breaks the safety taboos that a lot of human know very well. He lives together with lions for more than a decade and establishes relationship with the animals with love, understanding and trust. Just like the parents relationship with their children, he understands the anger, joy and excitement of each individual animal. The author also mentions the feature film being shot - ""White Lion"". In the film, it describes todays farming and hunting in South Africa.
