Synopsis
The Three-body Problem is book 1 of 3 of the phenomenal science fiction The Three-body Problem trilogy (also known as Remembrance of Earths Past) by China's top sci-fi novelist Liu Cixin. An alien civilization of a dying planet is about to take over the earth. How would humans evaluate this civilization? Should they take them as foe or friend? Cixin Liu is an eight-time winner of the Galaxy Award (the Chinese Hugo) and a winner of the Nebula Award. Professor Derwei Wang touted The Three-Body Problem as the top pick of the Chinese sci-fi genre. Liu is acclaimed to be the Jin Yong (the number one Kung Fu novelist) of Chinese sci-fi. The English titles of the trilogy are: The Three-Body Problem, The Dark Forest, and "Death's End." "The Three-Body Problem" has won Best Novel of the 2015 Hugo, the top honor of the Sci-fi genre.
