Synopsis
This book tells the following story: the little witch Weilan was born in a magic world where water is used as the carrier of magics. From childhood, she has been studying water in the water magic school Water Magic Cube, working out many wonderful magics out of water. Though being frustrated during her growth, she is not beaten up.
