Synopsis
This book is the first domestic specialized research monograph on vertical management departments. The book believes that the nature of the relationship between the vertical management departments and local governments is a concentric circle formed by the three relationships: the political morphology between the central governments and the local ones, the political partnership morphology between the vertical management departments and local governments as well as the administrative relationship morphology between the functional and regional structures in the state power organization. It puts an emphasis on the political partnership morphology between the vertical management departments and local governments and puts forward a new interpretation model of the network among governments.
