Synopsis
1939年西班牙内战结束，成千上万人逃往西法边境，渴望生存下去。彼时已经蜚声国际的诗人和外交官聂鲁达改造了一艘旧船温尼伯号，将上千难民送往智利，钢琴家罗赛和她爱人的兄长、医生维克多就在其中。为了顺利逃亡，两人假意结婚。当他们终于到达智利，在那儿逐渐扎根，两人越走越近，也将这里看作了自己的家乡。七十年代智利发生政治巨变，逃亡的命运再一次袭来……
