The unbridled search for ever higher quality and ever lower costs has led to the study of various alternatives to construction processes. With regard to concrete consumption, different curing processes can lead to improvements in axial compressive strength values and also in the volume of material to be used. By complying with regulations and carrying out laboratory tests, the aim was to adapt the studies to the reality of the construction industry. The results obtained showed gains, so an adequate curing process could guarantee similar strength values even with a reduction in the cross-section of the construction elements.
