The problems related to independent work within the line of the teaching-educational process are fully valid due to the challenges faced by the current Cuban school, however, it is recognized that there are insufficiencies in the theoretical, methodological and practical levels, such as the methodological preparation of teachers to adequately guide and control independent work, which limits the rapid development of this process and with the quality that corresponds to it.
