To test and further explore the factors of mutation-promoting, a large number of experimental DNA samples from five populations (Africa, America, Europe, East Asia and South Asia) were subjected to statistical analysis in this book. Assess whether the high mutation rate of C->T (C mutation is T, the same below) caused by CpG methylation will cause the CpG in the genome to be depleted.c.
